Whole-In-One is a new application that includes all the essential computer needs,
BUT is designed to be used by anyone who has not used a computer before or finds using a computer complicated.
All the essential computer needs such as email, web browser, a photo album, contact details, word processor, scanner plus a lot more are all included in one place.
Other features include a simple video chat facility to help those who find themselves lonely and isolated as well as a forum to chat to other users.

If you do not already have an email address, you can set on up for free, very simply.
It will automatically read emails from the server, allow you to reply or forward it to someone else.
Any photos which are received will automatically be added to your photo album and you can easily add these or any documents to an email.

No need to type in website details.
Any scam websites will be blocked for your protection.

| If you are new to computers, this includes lessons for beginners in using a keyboard, a mouse, different terms such as "Drag and Drop", "Cut, Copy and Paste" etc. |

This means that new computer users do not have to learn how to run different programs, although Whole-In-One does include lessons in using a computer.
Everything today is on-line and everyone is expected to use a computer to shop on-line, access deals or even to renew essential documents such as driving licences, TV licences, Blue Badge Parking etc.
However there is a very large amount of the population, not just in the UK, but worldwide (which is why Whole-In-One will be available in 58 different languages! -
see the list here) who do not have basic computer skills or finds them too complicated to use. In the UK alone, this is estimated to be approximately 5 millions people.
There is a new term that has been applied to this population which is "The Digitally Excluded".

Firstly, I would like to apologise for the delay in releasing Whole-In-One. I have had a lot of people who have contacted me for updates on progress, and so have added this section which I will update when each stage is complete.
Unfortunately I have had a family bereavement which has taken a time to adjust to.
Secondly, Microsoft changed the way that third party apps (such as Whole-In-One) are able to send and receive emails to @outlook.com and @hotmail.com email accounts which has meant that the email system has had to be completely overhauled.
This is now complete, so once the help has been written, Whole-In-One should be ready to release. |

There are a few people running beta copies who are giving very positive feedback as well as suggestions for new features and bugs which all new products have.
The Beta version already enables 90% of the features to be used and when the release version is released all the information used is preserved, so no loss of emails, photo albums etc.
It is hoped that the final version will be available by the end of September 2024. However you can still request a beta copy at any time before then.
